You must first sign up as a patient by providing us with standardized information through email or text message. The information required is: a picture of your valid state identification, a current selfie of you holding your ID, your address and proof residency. Once we have obtained said items, we call or text you to verify your information and place your order.

The points are in-store credit. For every purchase you make, 5% of that purchase goes into a virtual bank for you.
